Our Croatia trip was fantastic.
During both situation i.e 1. Our missed flight due to immigration and security delay. And 2. Our cancelled flight due to bad weather ……..
Kurt tour guide mr. Yakub and mr Sushant and there cluster team and the concerned Airline had done quick and fantastic job …. Hence we reached our destination safely with our complete luggage 🧳 …. Only after 12 hr delay…. I think it is very difficult task to adjust 40 people group in new flight ✈️ …. So at least I m satisfied with the service which they have provided to us. and I m thankful to both Cluster tours, Mr Yakub Mr. Sushant and Lufthansa airlines ….

I have twice used sevices of Cluster Travels & Tours for support on my Canada and USA Visas. On both occasions my experience has been very good. They helped me from making me understand the documents required to completely help filling them, coordinating for getting an appointment with concerned authorities to guiding on do’s and don’t’s at every step of the process. Even helping with copies of documents required on the day of the visit, post visit feedback and coordination till me and my wife got both our visas in hand.

Excellent arrangements by Cluster Tours !! My cousin and I traveled the first time to India with Cluster Tours and everything was planned down to the smallest detail and executed exactly as Per the itinerary we had agreed upon before we traveled to India . The driver they assigned to us to drive us in Delhi , Agra and Jaipur was excellent and the all they guides were very professional, informative and helpful .

Cluster tours managed to provide a detailed tour package from dubai to Almaty in very short time within a week before EID holidays
The best thing was they provided end to end service within our budget inclusive of airport transport, daily Indian food, local transport, site seeing.
The tour support staff in Almaty ( guide and driver ) were very supportive, language in Almaty is big barrier for outsiders and they managed to translate and communicate in English appropriately each and every time.
I would recommend others to go with cluster tours for any trip in the future.

The entire staff were very helpful courteous and prompt. Our entire trip to Russia went off very well without any hitch. Where we did encounter a problem there it was promptly resolved by the partner in St Petersburg who we contacted. Our entire trip was customised for us with a lot of help and input from Uma yakoub and Ashwinee. If there is one reason I could get my visa appointment and study in U.S., it is because of Uma Krishnan. She is by far best travel/visa agent I have met till date. Because of this crazy pandemic, I lost all hopes to reach my university on time, but fortunately got connected to ma'am and she booked my appointment in just two days at the Consulate of my choice.
