Perfect planning. Perfect execution Excellent tour operator guide with group. Excellent service in case of fight cancellation 🙏 Our Croatia trip was fantastic. During both situation i.e 1. Our missed flight due to immigration and security delay. And 2. Our cancelled flight due to bad weather …….. Kurt tour guide mr. Yakub and mr Sushant and there cluster team and the concerned Airline had done quick and fantastic job …. Hence we reached our destination safely with our complete luggage 🧳 …. Only after 12 hr delay…. I think it is very difficult task to adjust 40 people group in new flight ✈️ …. So at least I m satisfied with the service which they have provided to us. and I m thankful to both Cluster tours, Mr Yakub Mr. Sushant and Lufthansa airlines …. ~ anand k
We recently traveled to Georgia with Cluster Tours and Travels. This was our second trip through this travel company. The entire trip was extremely safe and hassle-free. Everything went smoothly without any difficulties. Through Cluster Tours and Travels, we were accompanied by our tour manager, Sami Ullah Khan. He provided us with complete assistance and guidance right from Mumbai airport to our return from Georgia back to Mumbai. The sightseeing, food, and all other arrangements in Georgia were well-organized and excellent. Throughout the five-day trip, we did not face any inconvenience.
